About Schema Nodehub

We are a Bangkok practice that helps app teams interpret growth analytics with enough clarity to choose the next experiment, budget shift, or product fix.

Official registration

The official registered business name is Schema Nodehub Co., Ltd. The company was established in 2018 in Bangkok, Thailand, after founding analysts spent several years inside regional product teams watching growth debates stall for lack of shared evidence.

A short history

In the early years we focused on retention reviews for consumer apps serving Thai and Southeast Asian audiences. Clients asked for fuller acquisition reads and written briefs their engineering partners could trust, so the App Growth Audit took shape as a repeatable engagement. By 2021 we added monthly stewardship for teams who wanted a steady outside voice without building a large internal growth staff. Today we still work from Bang Kapi, pairing remote delivery with Bangkok-hour scheduling for local product groups.

How we approach the work

We begin with the questions your team is already arguing about—channel quality, onboarding friction, trial conversion—then check whether the analytics can answer them. Gaps in measurement are named early. Recommendations stay ranked and finite so sprint planning stays realistic.

Values in practice

  • Evidence before slogans—every claim in a brief points to a chart, cohort, or interview note.
  • Respect for team capacity—priorities account for engineering and design load.
  • Local context—Thai-language store search and regional campaign calendars are treated as first-class inputs.
