Refund and cancellation policy
Scope
This policy covers professional app growth analytics engagements offered by Schema Nodehub Co., Ltd., including audits, diagnostic sessions, acquisition reviews, and monthly stewardship. It does not cover physical goods or software licences, which we do not sell.
Deposits and eligibility
Fixed engagements typically require a deposit to reserve a start date. Deposits are refundable in full if you cancel at least seven business days before the agreed start and we have not begun document review. Cancellations inside seven business days may receive a partial refund after deducting preparation already performed.
Timeframe for requests
Refund requests should be emailed to hello@schema-nodehub.digital within fourteen days of the event giving rise to the request (cancellation, material non-delivery, or billing error).
Full and partial refunds
A full refund applies when we cancel an engagement and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, or when we have not started work after a timely client cancellation. Partial refunds apply when discovery or analysis has begun; the retained amount reflects hours already spent, documented in writing.
Non-refundable items
Completed deliverables (issued briefs and held live sessions) are non-refundable. Third-party transcription or translation fees approved in advance are non-refundable once ordered.
Monthly stewardship
Stewardship fees cover the upcoming month. If you cancel with at least fourteen days’ notice before the next billing date, no further month is charged. Mid-month cancellations do not generate a pro-rata refund for time already reserved, unless we failed to deliver the scheduled calls.
Rescheduling and no-shows
Live sessions may be rescheduled once at no charge with at least forty-eight hours’ notice. Late reschedules or no-shows may forfeit that session slot; a replacement can be booked at a reduced fee equal to half the session rate.
Work already started
Once analytics review has begun, refunds exclude the value of completed analysis stages listed in your scope confirmation.
Process and timing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval. You will receive email confirmation of the amount and reference.
