Agreement
By using schema-nodehub.digital and requesting engagements from Schema Nodehub Co., Ltd., you agree to these terms. If you request work on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
Services
We provide professional app growth analytics consulting, including audits, diagnostic sessions, acquisition reviews, and monthly stewardship. Descriptions on this website are informational. A written scope or confirmation email defines the deliverables for each engagement.
Intellectual property
Site content, templates, and our analytical frameworks remain the property of Schema Nodehub Co., Ltd. Deliverables prepared for you may be used inside your organisation for product and marketing decisions. You may not resell our briefs as a standalone product or present them as your own public research without written consent.
Client materials
You retain ownership of analytics exports, product materials, and confidential information you share. You grant us a limited licence to use those materials solely to perform the engagement.
Liability
Our work supports decision-making; outcomes depend on implementation, market conditions, and factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Schema Nodehub Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access to systems, or submit unlawful content through forms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our services, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
